This journey is about providing compassionate care and support to those facing the end of life. Everyone deserves a good death experience, one filled with love, support, and dignity.  Preparation helps to ensure as positive a death experience as possible.  David Kessler, leading grief specialist and author, posits that "The death shapes the grief."  My goal is to work with families to ensure that death is as positive and peaceful as possible through compassionate preparedness.  In so doing, loved ones benefit during the time of active dying and beyond in their grief journeys.

• Caregiver Support/Respite Visits: I provide resources and support to caregivers, helping them prevent burnout and continue their caregiving journey with strength and resilience.  $75/hour​

• Death Literacy Educator:  I work with individuals and groups to foster open communications, breaking the silence around death and dying, illness and loss, and equipping people with knowledge that is needed to make informed, values-aligned decisions.  Conversations include the dying process, grief, and end-of-life care.  $75/hour

• Advance Care Planning: I guide individuals through a thoughtful, values-based process to make informed choices about their healthcare, including creating living wills and designating healthcare proxies.  I assist as needed with decision-making in the areas of health care proxy/agent designation, body disposition and funeral/memorial service planning, medical and other treatment desired, and legacy wishes.  I have completed Five Wishes Advance Care Planning Facilitator Foundations training, and incorporate best practices of leaders in the field of care planning.  $175/90 minutes

• End-of-Life Planning: I support individuals and families in creating plans for their final chapters, from funeral arrangements to memorial services (cremation, aquamation, burial at sea, home funerals, traditional funerals, green burials), ensuring their wishes are respected and cost-effective.  $75/hour​

• Vigil Visitation/Patient Advocacy:  Patients benefit from an advocate in any health care setting.  As an end-of-life doula and advocate, I am available to be with your loved one, provide comfort, and serve as and advocate and liaison with hospice/medical staff. $75/hour​

• Medical Aid In Dying ("MAID") Education and Advocacy:  I am knowledgeable about availability, requirements, and challenges related to medical aid in dying within the United States and internationally.  I am available to support patients and families navigating the emotional and practical aspects of MAID.  $95/hour
